I typically wear a size Medium. I am around 5'7" - 5'10", lean and 140lbs~.

Large fits perfectly, so I strongly recommend going a normal size up from your t-shirt size as the difference in sizes on these is not huge so there's no worry there (I have a Medium and Large to compare). You are probably also safe going a couple sizes up if you're a larger person - the cut sits well and the arm length is not unreasonable.

As far as comfort goes, it's superfine Merino wool, which is one of the best fabrics you can wear year round. It really is amazing! These are very soft and are comfortable enough that I would feel totally fine wearing them without an undershirt while working outdoors all day; though not as great as a superfine Merino wool t-shirt in terms of itch factor, which these don't really have much of. It's extremely subtle but not zero. (Everyone has different tolerances to wool, even very fine wool like this).

If you're considering this, it's absolutely worth the price. It's near seamless and great quality. I've also done burn tests on these and they are 100% wool. They have no weird chemical or warehouse smells, either. There's a subtle hint of fresh wool smell if you breath it in after opening them.

I am a woman, but the moment I saw this sweater I wanted it for myself. It exceeded my expectations! First of all, the fabric is amazing. It is pure merino wool, which feels super soft, thin enough, but not too thin, warm and tender on the skin. Workmanship is great, no complaints at all. As for the size and fit, this sweater is right for me. I am 5’5” tall, weigh about 160 pounds and I chose a small size. It fits as I expected, not too snag and not baggy. It is long enough to cover my behind, which I prefer on cooler days. The sleeves are long, but not too long. The sweater is both comfortable and beautiful. I wear it over a T shirt or a thin shirt. It goes well either with jeans or formal pants. Grey color looks very nice.

Tired of your girlfriend stealing your sweaters? Pick this one up in their size to keep for them. It is cozy, loose, warm, and snuggly. What a luxury sweater for them - and get yourself a matching one while you’re at it! Hand wash only, line dry. I am about 115lbs, 5’3” , female and the small fit me comfortably. Loose, but comfortable. Highly recommend. The color is a darker and richer gray than the color in the picture because of the flash. Not itchy to me, but if you’re very sensitive to wool, you’d probably need an undershirt. I plan to wear this all winter long.
