Q: Why are your cashmere and merino wool products so affordable?

A: We are manufacturers, not distributors. Our factory was established in 2002 and is located in Hebei, China. For the past 20 years, we have specialized in the production and processing of cashmere and wool products. We source the finest 17.5-17.9μm ultra-fine Merino wool from Australia (never using Merino wool over 18μm) and high-quality A-grade cashmere (white and purple cashmere, 34-38mm in length and 15.8-16.5 microns in diameter) from Mongolia. All processes, including spinning, dyeing, weaving, washing, finishing, and packaging, are completed in-house. This allows us to fully control raw material costs and production expenses, enabling us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices to our customers.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Standard shipping: All products except those which are Made to Order are fulfilled and shipped via standard shipping, to arrive at your door in 5-8 business days after the date the order is placed.

Priority Express shipping: Most of our products are available for expedited shipping, to arrive in 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
