Shipping
We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, so we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60. Typically, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days, but it’s always a good idea to allow a couple of extra days just in case there are any global carrier delays.
Please note that once your order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or make changes to it. But don't worry—our Return Policy has you covered if you need to make a return or exchange.
We currently serve the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Italy, and we are happy to ship to these countries. However, we’re unable to deliver to U.S. territories such as Guam or to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.

Express Shipping :
- For orders from $1 to $60: $17.00
- For orders over $60: $10.50

International orders are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and International Customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes. Chanyarn has control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.

What's your return policy?
Return Policy
We're happy to accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered) within 30 days of your order's ship date.
Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following requirements are met:

All original packaging, including all tags and boxes, must be included with your return.

Original Form of Payment: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, it will be processed once your return is received and restocked at our warehouse. This can take an additional 15 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is finalized. Please note, once you receive the refund notification, it may take a few days to appear on your credit card.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed once your return has been received at our warehouse. It can take up to three weeks for your return to be processed. If you are returning for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. If you are returning for an exchange, we will send the requested item out to you. If you return a purchase made with a gift card, your refund will return to your gift card.
Missing or lost package
If your package was marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please wait 72 hours before contacting customer service. In most cases, a carrier marks a package as delivered prematurely, and the package will arrive within 72 hours. In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbor or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbors if they have seen the package before contacting customer service. If you still haven't found the package, please email us at Support@chanyarn.com, and we will let you know of next steps.
Please report all packages as missing or lost within 1 week of the expected delivery date. You can report a package as missing by emailing customer service at Support@chanyarn.com. If a package is reported as missing > 1 week after expected delivery date, you will be asked to file a claim with the postal carrier and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
