Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Please carefully review size, color, quantity, recipient, and shipping address before completing your payment. Orders can be canceled within 7 days of placement before shipping. To cancel, email support@chanyarn.com. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Returns for Personal Reasons
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging. Items worn, altered, damaged, or missing accessories will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns or Exchanges for Defective/Incorrect Items
We cover return shipping costs if the item is defective (holes, loose threads, stains, functional failure), incorrect (wrong color, size, style, or pattern), not as described (significant difference from website description), or damaged due to shipping. Please check items within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos or videos if there are issues.
Return & Exchange Process
Contact customer service at support@chanyarn.com. with order details, items to return/exchange, and reason. For defective items, include proof photos. Our representative will provide a specific return address within 24 hours. Do not ship items back to the original shipping address. Securely package the items, label with the return address, and keep the tracking number. For returns, refunds will be processed after verifying items. For exchanges, new items will be shipped promptly after receiving returned goods.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time: PayPal 2–5 business days; credit cards 7–30 business days depending on your bank. We reserve the right to deduct depreciation if the product shows signs of use or damage. Shipping costs for personal reasons are borne by the customer. Shipping costs for company reasons (defective or incorrect items) are covered by us.
Exchange Service
To exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), contact support@chanyarn.com. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Please clearly state your exchange request in the email.
